By accessing or using mrez.dev (the “site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Blog posts and articles may be read and shared with attribution; they may not be republished wholesale without permission.
3. Accounts
Creating an account is optional and gives you access to the dashboard, favorites, and API keys. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
4. Public API
The Image Optimizer API is available with an API key. Each key has quotas and rate limits, which may change to keep the service fair and available. You agree not to:
- share, resell, or sublicense your API key;
- circumvent rate limits or quotas;
- use the API to process unlawful or abusive content.
5. Intellectual property
The site's content (writing, design, and branding) belongs to Reza Mousavi. Open-source code published on GitHub is licensed under the MIT License unless stated otherwise.
6. Prohibited conduct
- attempting to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access;
- scraping the site at volumes that impair its operation;
- using the site for unlawful purposes.
7. Disclaimer
The site and API are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reza Mousavi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or API.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
